New Brewmaster ~ Brian Mitchell

As a rock & roll musician turned obsessive brewer, Brian utilizes the same unyielding passion for pushing the envelope in His new craft. Driven by the desire for high quality results mixed with a fearless sensibility, His beers are meant to confuse and ultimately delight the drinker’s pallet. One can expect to find big bold flavors on one end of the spectrum and subtle nuances on the other from brew to brew. At only 24 years old with no formal training, Brian’s abilities are constantly on the rise. Craft beer is an art form and no, it’s not for all beer drinkers. La Jolla Brew House prides itself on being a local’s pub for experienced enthusiasts and now, with Brian’s recipes, it is a destination for those who are looking for a truly unique rotating experience. Rules are meant to be broken and no practice is sacred.
